Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional who wants to control your own income? BAC Roofing is looking for hungry, entrepreneurial outside sales reps to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. In this role, you aren't tied to a desk or capped by a corporate salary structure. You will be out in the field helping homeowners protect their biggest investment, guiding them through the roof replacement and insurance process. If you have the hustle, we have the high-commission structure to match it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Prospect and canvas local neighborhoods to identify homeowners in need of roof repairs or replacements (especially following local weather events).
• Consultative Selling: Present solutions to homeowners, explain the repair process, and close contracts.
• Insurance Navigation: Assist homeowners in understanding the insurance claim process for storm or hail damage.
• Pipeline Management: Manage your own schedule, follow up with leads, and oversee your client accounts from initial contact to final installation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, D2D (door-to-door), or home services is highly preferred. (Roofing experience is a plus, but we will support the right hustler).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly motivated self-starter comfortable working in a 100% commission-based, 1099 environment.
• Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation (Truck or SUV preferred) capable of carrying a ladder.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
