Junior Sales Representative

Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time, In-Person

Bring your people skills, ambition, and willingness to learn to First Coast Sales Group! We’re hiring Junior Sales Associates who enjoy meeting new people, helping customers explore their options, and working toward clear goals.

You’ll represent our client partners through face-to-face conversations, recommend suitable products and services, and guide prospective customers through enrollment. With paid training, individual mentorship, and ongoing coaching, you’ll have support as you build your skills—no previous sales experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Kick off your day with team training, goal setting, and campaign updates
• Meet with current and prospective customers local to the area
• Ask questions, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate options
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and eligibility
• Complete applications and maintain accurate sales records
• Review your progress with your coach and put feedback into action

What You’ll Bring

• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and keep improving
• Dependability, organization, and motivation to achieve goals
• Availability Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation in the Jacksonville area
• A high school diploma, equivalent, or comparable experience

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or leadership can be helpful, but it isn’t required!
