Pay: $55.00 per hour

Weekend availability is a big need!

Our client is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide nursing leadership and support daily clinical operations. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience who can step in where needed and help ensure quality patient care.

Per diem opportunities are available on all shifts, with a strong need for weekend coverage. Weekday and overnight availability is also needed.

• Supervise and support nursing staff and daily patient care operations.
• Help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staff coordination and scheduling needs.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare, safety, and facility standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other members of the care team.
• Respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards preferred.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of LTC nursing experience preferred.

All shifts available, including:

• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Weekend availability is especially needed.
