• Speak with customers by phone to understand their needs and recommend the best exterior home services.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in our services.
• Provide friendly, professional, and customer-focused service on every call.
• Learn our products, services, and industry so you can confidently answer customer questions.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers.
• Clearly explain the value and benefits of our services.
• Use effective sales techniques to turn customer inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate customer information.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your sales and customer service skills.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and influencing abilities
• Pest Control Knowledge a plus
• Comfortable working with computers and navigating the internet
• Customer-focused attitude with strong listening skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
