Machine Operator
Location: 
Worcester, MA
Hours: 

• Monday – Friday: 3rd shift; 11pm-7am

Position Duties:

• Operate rubber manufacturing machines and monitor production processes
• Load materials, inspect finished products, and report issues
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist with basic machine maintenance
• Complete production logs and work with the team to meet daily goals

Position Requirements:

• Entry-level; no experience required (training provided)
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
• Comfortable working in a loud, hot, and humid manufacturing environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable, dependable, and interested in long-term employment
• Flexible for shifts/overtime and have reliable transportation
• Spanish is a plus, not required

Pay Rate: 

• $18.75/hour, plus quarterly profit sharing and opportunities for pay increases through internal certifications
