1099 Subcontractor | Luxury Short-Term Rental Operations

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly skilled 1099 subcontractor to help maintain and care for our luxury short-term rental properties.

This role may include landscape maintenance and repairs, pool cleaning and maintenance, and general handyman/property repairs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, is dependable, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Growth Opportunity: We are open to hiring one person who can eventually operate and manage all property-care services, including landscape, pool, and handyman teams. Increased pay and responsibility will be available for someone who demonstrates the experience, responsibility, dependability, reliability, leadership, and quality of work needed to take on that role.
