We are a high-end short-term rental operations company looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented 1099 landscape maintenance and repair subcontractor to help maintain the exterior presentation and functionality of our luxury properties.

Our properties are held to a high standard. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands that details matter, and can consistently deliver quality work, dependable service, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Routine landscape maintenance for luxury short-term rental properties
• Mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, pruning, and general yard maintenance
• Weed control and removal
• Plant, shrub, and tree maintenance
• Irrigation inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Identify and address landscape issues before they become larger problems
• Basic landscape repairs and improvements
• Maintain a clean, polished, guest-ready appearance at all times
• Communicate property issues, needed repairs, and recommended improvements
• Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner
• Coordinate with our operations team and other service providers when necessary
• Take photos and provide updates when requested
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at properties
