Mortgage Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

• Responsible for assisting Mortgage Loan Originator with ordering and tracking titles and appraisals
• Verifies for accuracy and completeness all documentation necessary to process and begin mortgage loan files (i.e. credit documents, appraisals, titles, purchase contracts, etc.)
• Enters initial data and orders appraisals and titles
• Obtains documents for title company approval (if needed)
• Maintains daily communication with real estate agents, borrowers, appraisal management companies, and title companies

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task in an efficient and effective manner
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience ordering appraisals and titles preferred
