Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday-Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday may be required depending on production needs.

About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring Forklift Drivers for contract assignments at a Warehouse in San Marcos, TX. This position will involve operating a forklift, moving and staging materials, assisting with inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and completing basic data entry. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to assist with different warehouse tasks as business needs change.

What You'll Do

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and products
Assist with receiving and shipping activities
Perform inventory counts, verify quantities, and help maintain accurate inventory records
Stage materials and products for production, shipment, or storage
Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures
Complete basic data entry related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities
Use basic Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned

What You Bring - Required

Forklift Certification
Minimum 2 years of recent/current forklift operating experience
Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment. Basic computer and data-entry skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Flexibility is a must — must be willing to perform different warehouse duties and assist wherever needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You Bring - Preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Some Technical training in manufacturing or quality systems preferred
