Reach Forklift Operator

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Essential Job Duties

Safely operate an Order Picker (Cherry Picker), Reach Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) throughout the warehouse.

Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Transport products between storage, picking, replenishment, and shipping locations.

Load, unload, stage, and move pallets and cartons as directed.

Perform inventory replenishment and assist with cycle counts when needed.

Verify product quantities, locations, and item accuracy before moving inventory.

Maintain productivity and quality standards while minimizing errors.

Inspect equipment before each shift and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.

Assist with general warehouse duties, special projects, and other operational tasks as assigned.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) is required and Reach Truck.

Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) required.

Ability to obtain or maintain PIT/Forklift certification.

Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.

Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating an Order Picker.

Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
