Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She had a stroke 12 years ago that took out her left side can walk with a cane and brace on her foot. Unfortunately after 12 years of taking care of her and everything else I'm buried out. I am now having physical and mental problems. Need help. About the care needs: Someone to help me with some cleaning and taking care of her. Help with shower twice a week. Take some pressure off me. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
