Accountant – Temp Position

Summary of top tasks:

Prepare month end close entries and monthly roll forward schedules.
Performs financial analysis and reconciliation on various general ledger accounts (such as unclaimed refunds, advances for construction and CIAC) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Process the monthly Main Extension Contract Refunds, prepares assignment and monitors accuracy of the contract refunds.
Reviews completeness and accuracy of job closing package information. Performs cost and budget analysis of projects and ensures that all documentation, analysis, authorization, etc. for all phases of projects are complete and proper.
Process special projects, account analysis reports, and other analysis as assigned.
