Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative processes organized, providing attentive front-desk support, and ensuring accurate documentation. The person in this role will help create a smooth experience for callers, visitors, and internal teams through dependable coordination and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the office running efficiently and effectively.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous assistance to callers and visitors.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records, files, and routine documentation.
• Support front-desk and reception activities, including greeting guests and handling general office communications.
• Coordinate clerical duties such as scheduling, correspondence preparation, and document distribution.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies, tracking basic administrative needs, and supporting team requests as needed.
• Experience providing administrative support in an office or department setting.• Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing reception and front-office responsibilities in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with general administrative tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and correspondence support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
