Quality Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Quality Planning operators, including attendance and workforce management.
• Coach, train, and develop operators in audit, calibration, and technical competencies.
• Manage calibration and audit plans, ensuring accurate execution and documentation in MES/QMS systems.
• Address operator concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain morale while ensuring adherence to safety and quality policies.
• Coordinate crossfunctional activities with production, maintenance, quality, and other departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Advanced knowledge of inspection systems, calibration, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to perform audits across multiple processes (Electrode, Assembly, Formation).

• $34.50/hr
• 6:00 pm - 6:30 am 
• Must be able to work overtime as needed to support businesscritical operations.
