We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a non-profit organization. This contract-to-permanent position will partner closely with the President and Board of Directors, helping coordinate priorities, maintain executive operations, and keep key activities moving forward efficiently. The role is well suited for someone who brings sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the President’s schedule by arranging meetings, appointments, and travel while balancing shifting priorities.
• Serve as a central point for requests directed to executive leadership, helping organize commitments and maximize time effectively.
• Draft, format, and prepare executive communications, reports, presentations, and related business documents.
• Monitor timelines, follow-up items, and strategic deliverables to support progress on leadership initiatives.
• Organize Board of Directors and committee meetings, including logistics, scheduling, and preparation of meeting materials.
• Assemble and distribute board packets, presentation content, minutes, and supporting documentation in advance of meetings.
• Capture accurate meeting notes and maintain orderly records for board activities and organizational documentation.
• Support adherence to governance standards, internal policies, and established board and committee calendars.• Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to executive-level leadership.
• Strong ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
• Proven skill in preparing clear correspondence, presentations, and formal documents.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Highly organized approach with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting board meetings, executive meetings, or similar high-level administrative functions.
