Position: Industrial Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: 1st shift, 4am-4:30pm / 2nd shift, 2:30pm-3am
Location: Joliet, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Industrial Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate large-capacity forklifts (15,000+ lbs.) in a steel manufacturing setting
• Load, unload, and stage steel coils, plates, structural steel, tubing, and pipe
• Transport raw materials and finished products within the facility
• Perform daily equipment inspections and verify load stability
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years heavy forklift experience, preferably with steel products
• Ability to read work orders and shipping documents
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and load handling best practices
