Saw Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Saw Operator for a company based in Fulton, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a premiere chemical and treated wood producing company.
Pay Rate
17.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Saw Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates Saw and stack poles and materials.
- Loading and unloading wooden poles and other material to/from railcars or trailers.
- Quality Inspection: Cut components for dimensional accuracy using tape measures, micrometers, and tape calipers.
- Safety: Adhere to strict manufacturing safety protocols, including wearing required PPE
Saw Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
