About the Role

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment. In this critical leadership position, you will be expected to:

• Assume responsibility for the daily management of the nursing department, including scheduling, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives

• Mange and coordinate patient care across various settings, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living

• Conduct rounds and provide direct patient care as needed to ensure excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Current RN license with active registration with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
