About who needs care: he is on the transplant list for a second liver transplant, he loves movies and video games, he is limited in his mobility right now and sometimes struggles with motor skills, he needs help monitoring his medicine and making his meals. About the care needs: Someone who has good humor, is patient, needs to be a bit assertive but in a kind way, good communication skills, able to tolerate confusion Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
