Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 80s and my father in his 90s. My mother has dementia/short term memory issues. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We may need occasional help taking them to appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
