Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need to be picked up Wednesday from surgery in Phoenix and taken home to Florence. My surgery time is at 11 a.m. and I will need to be picked up between 2-4 hours after. I will need my medications picked up during surgery. I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
