Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for someone with a background (work or schooling) in early childhood or classical education. Must be able to create an engaging homeschool experience that challenges my advanced 4 yo, while also nurturing his natural curiosity. We do not allow screen time, so must be comfortable entertaining through educational play & lots of outdoor adventures :-) Times are somewhat flexible, and there may be a potential for full-time in the near future. Looking to start immediately upon hire.
