Babysitter Needed

Looking for help with my 12-year-old son while I travel for work. This is an occasional position. Looking to secure a backup option to the primary nanny that helps with my family. Schedule is evenings starting at 5:30pm, overnight until 8:30am, repeating for 3 days. Focus is on meal prep, and making sure my son gets off to school in the morning. He does walk to and from school although sometimes drop off in the morning is helpful. I pay hourly until 9:30pm, then a flat rate overnight, then hourly again starting at 6:30 a.m.
