Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We're a Crown Point family expecting a baby the first week of December and are looking for an experienced newborn nanny for a long-term role. My husband works from home most days and will help with the baby, but can't be a full-time caregiver while working, so we want a true team approach. Duties: feeding, diapering, soothing, naps, building healthy routines, and light baby-related tidying. Looking for: proven newborn experience, infant CPR/First Aid (or willingness to certify), warm and reliable, comfortable with 2 small friendly dogs, non-smoker, references and background check.
