Pet Walker - Full-time / Part-time

He is a 12-year-old part corgi and part Austrian sheep dog. He is a very finicky eater but will eat eventually. We would like him to stay at home because of stairs but he would love a good walk two time a day. My son is home but often forgets about the dog so we really don't trust him to take care of him.
