Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

In need of a deep clean/move out clean. Just purchased the home (sellers left in a hurry) previous owners had pets and the carpet downstairs will need cleaned to rid the basement of pet odor. House is mostly empty right now, so hopeful to get everything as clean as possible before I move in furniture. If an agreement can be made I will be interested in continued help, to include child care for my 7-year-old daughter if interested but the deep clean is my main focus with this job listing. Hopeful for ASAP.
