Position Summary
The Module Process Operator supports safe, efficient production by inspecting and reworking products, handling materials, and maintaining an organized work area. The role works closely with Process Technicians, Process Engineers, Quality personnel, and Production Leadership to meet safety, quality, and production standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized work instructions, and a commitment to maintaining product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in advanced manufacturing while contributing to the production of solar energy products.

Schedule & Pay Rate

• 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• $20.50 per hour

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Inspect modules, cells, components, and materials for visual and functional defects.

• Rework repairable modules using approved procedures and quality standards.

• Sort, stage, move, and segregate production materials as directed by supervisors and team leads.

• Operate an electric pallet jack when trained, certified, and authorized.

• Maintain assigned areas through 5S practices, cleaning, organization, and sanitation activities.

• Support daily production schedules and process-improvement initiatives.

• Accurately document production information and communicate issues to leadership.

• Follow established manufacturing procedures and promptly report quality, process, material, equipment, or safety concerns.

• Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and workstation preparation.

• Work collaboratively with production teams to achieve daily output and quality goals.

• Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Solar manufacturing, soldering, inspection, sorting, quality control, assembly, material handling, or pallet jack experience preferred.

• Ability to identify visual defects and follow detailed procedures accurately.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
