What You'll Be Doing
As an RV Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems and components.
Your work may include:
- Troubleshooting 12V and 120V electrical systems
- Diagnosing wiring, battery, charging, and power issues
- Repairing plumbing and water systems
- Servicing air conditioning and heating systems
- Diagnosing furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, and other appliances
- Repairing slide-outs, leveling systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components
- Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
- Identifying the root cause of customer concerns
- Completing repairs correctly and efficiently
- Documenting repairs and parts used
- Communicating findings clearly with the service team
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
We're looking for someone who takes pride in figuring things out and fixing them right the first time.

- RV service and repair
- Automotive repair
- Diesel or fleet maintenance
- Electrical troubleshooting
- HVAC service
- Plumbing
- Appliance repair
- Small engine repair
- Equipment maintenance
- General mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Electrical diagnostic experience
- Ability to troubleshoot rather than simply replace parts
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and reading wiring diagrams
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and professional work habits
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
