Responsibilities for Sales Engineer
・Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
・Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
・Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
・Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
・Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
・Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed

Qualifications for Sales Engineer

・Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
・Degree in an engineering/technical discipline OR equivalent practical experience in engineering or B2B technical sales
・Proven background in engineering, technical support, or the sales of industrial/engineering equipment
・Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges.

Work Schedule for Sales Engineer

Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break)

Compensation & Benefits

Entry level: $55,000 - $70,000
Experienced person: $70,000 - $120,000
