Your Impact

• Run the line: Operate, monitor, and fine-tune blow molding and related equipment to achieve production targets and quality specs
• Change over with confidence: Execute start-ups, set-ups, and basic troubleshooting to maximize uptime
• Stay aligned: Review machine performance with the previous shift and keep lines running efficiently
• Maintain reliability: Perform routine adjustments and preventive maintenance; report issues promptly

Quality & Compliance

• Perform inspections and checks to verify product conformance
• Document process changes, machine adjustments, and quality findings
• Address defects quickly and follow all procedures and work instructions

Materials, Housekeeping & Safety

• Monitor and maintain raw material levels
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and debris-free
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, report hazards immediately, and engage in safety initiatives

Food Safety & Quality

• Verify activities meet food safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Restore product-contact surfaces to sanitary conditions after work is performed
• Accurately complete required food safety and quality documentation
• Immediately report any food safety, quality, or process concerns to supervision

Responsible for food safety, food quality, and site safety.

Be Ready To

• Follow plant job specifications and task requirements
• Support overtime, planned shutdowns, and special projects
• Attend required meetings and training
• Take on other duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired (Preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions/specs

Preferred Plus

• Plastics manufacturing or packaging industry experience
• Machine set-ups and changeovers
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Demands & Schedule

• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout your shift
• Use hands for handling tools, equipment, and materials
• Work a 12-hour shift schedule
• Close vision needed for inspections and checks

Manufacturing Environment

• Production machinery and moving equipment
• Moderate to high noise (hearing protection required)
• Temperature variations common to manufacturing
• Exposure to plastics manufacturing processes

Equipment You’ll Operate

• Injection Molding Machine (Toyo, Milacron, Toshiba, Niigata, Arburg, Van Dorn, Engel, Husky, Nissei, Sodick, Sumitomo, Haitian, Bole)
• Extrusion Machine
• Blow Molding Machine
