Joe Jordan White - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
