Compensation Package

• Average Earnings: $2,060 to $2,360 weekly gross per driver
• CPM Rate: $0.76 – $0.86 CPM split
• Incentive: $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Mileage Floor: 5,200 guaranteed weekly truck miles

Our Teammate Matching System Solo drivers can easily transition into high-paying team lanes:

1. Complete orientation and enter our driver-matching network.
2. Get paired during daily matching sessions based on your home base, route preferences, and shift schedules.
3. Drive together on a trial basis—you retain full control over finalizing your permanent partnership.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• At least 3 months of Class A driving experience required
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug/background checks
