Job Title: Litigation Associate

Location: Seattle, WA 98101

Salary/Payrate: $175K-$205K + Bonus

Work Environment: On-Site during ramp up, then option for hybrid or remote

Term: Fulltime

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired

Job Description:

Client is seeking an Associate to deliver excellent work, provide responsive and thoughtful client service, meet the highest professional standards, and contribute to the success of their clients and firm.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Mid-level associate to join litigation practice.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, including handling a variety of litigation matters, commercial disputes, contract issues, and regulatory compliance.
• Possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Washington State Bar, with at least three years of experience in practicing litigation
