Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Deltona, FL. Apply today. Walk-ins Welcome! West Volusia Nursing Home. 1851 Elkcam Blvd. Deltona, Florida 32725.

Floor Tech Key Duties
  • Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
  • Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
  • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment a plus.
  • Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
