Pay: Starting at $17.50–$18.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday–Friday — 1st (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or 2nd (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)

A Day in the Role

When you start your shift—whether you prefer mornings or afternoons—you’ll review job orders, verify measurements, and set up your saw for the day’s runs. You’ll keep materials moving, check quality on the fly, and maintain a clean, safe work area so the team can hit production goals without missing a beat.

What You’ll Do

• Run and monitor production saws with safe, efficient practices
• Measure, cut, and stage materials to exact specifications
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Complete routine quality checks on finished pieces
• Keep your station organized and free of hazards
• Comply with all safety procedures and company policies

What You Bring

• Manufacturing or saw operation experience (preferred)
• Confidence reading a tape measure and working to spec
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift materials and work on a production floor
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Team mindset with the ability to work independently
