Start your driving career in Vineland, New Jersey, with a role designed for new CDL Class A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL Class A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day operations of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with full benefits available.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements, complete required inspections, and develop sound habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
