Role Overview Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Provide perioperative nursing care and support safe surgical procedures.
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties appropriate to training, competency, and assignment.
• Prepare the operating room, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team.
• Support sterile technique, patient safety checks, and accurate documentation.
• Communicate patient needs during handoffs and transitions of care.
• Participate in the required on-call rotation.

• At least one year of recent OR RN scrub/circulating experience.
• Active, unencumbered Kansas RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work the stated daytime schedule and required on-call assignments.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the facility.

Under the client's submission criteria, all RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current or prior disciplinary actions. • Restricted or encumbered RN licensure, or any prior nursing-license disciplinary action.
• Inability to meet the 30-minute residence requirement or participate in on-call coverage.

• Former employees must have been separated from the hiring organization for at least six months to be considered.
• Former employees are not eligible for sign-on or relocation incentives until at least 12 months after separation.
