ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. My entire career has been with State Farm, including experience in Claims and as an Agency Specialist before becoming an agent. I’m a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Economics, where I also played college football. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of two daughters and an avid golfer.

Giving back is important to me, and I’ve stayed involved in the community through coaching youth football. That coaching mindset also carries into the office, where I enjoy helping people develop their skills and reach their potential.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Hank Dorner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
