Quickbooks Bookkeeper

Seeking a detailed oriented bookkeeper with organizational skills needed to monitor and maintain business records for large wholesale plant nursery. In this role, you will have to manage day-to-day financial transactions. This includes general ledger, accounts, payable, monthly sales tax, weekly payroll, monthly sales reports and accurate financials for tax planning. QuickBooks enterprise and Excel are a must. We offer Aflac, Humana, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation. Hours of operation 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
