Administrative Assistant - Accounting

Combilift Depot is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join our Accounting team in Tomball, TX.. This is a part time position with a flexible schedule. The position will consist of working within the accounting department at our corporate office.

We are looking for a long-term employee to join our team as we expand throughout Texas & Louisiana.

Job Duties:

• Scan paperwork onto our file server
• Enter data into the accounting system
• Generate invoices
• General office work
• Enter data into an online portal
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Read/Write & able to speak English
• Able to work schedule – must be reliable
• High School Diploma, GED, or 12 months recent verifiable experience
• Must be able to pass drug test & background check

Job Benefits:

• Competitive Hourly Pay
• Part Time: 20-24 Hours Per Week
• Normal Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Schedule will be determined at time of hire - there is some flexibility available on days/time.

The company has grown to be one of the largest Combilift dealership in the country and currently operates out of 4 physical locations: Tomball (Houston), DFW, San Antonio, and Lafayette.
