Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support individual consumers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will respond to inbound service requests, provide accurate product information, process orders, and coordinate outbound follow-up calls while building a strong foundation for growth into team leadership, training, and coaching opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individual consumers with questions, service requests, and general support needs.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inbound communications by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide clear and accurate product information.
• Coordinate outbound follow-up calls to address customer needs and outstanding requests.

• Entry-level experience in customer service.
