Locums Internal Medicine coverage in California, outpatient clinic setting with a strong teaching component as a preceptor for Internal Medicine residents.

Practice Setting

Schedule

• Monday-Friday coverage
• Daytime clinic hours, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days

Cases and Procedures

• Precept and supervise 3-4 Internal Medicine residents during clinic sessions
• Provide attending level oversight for resident clinic visits

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• California medical license required, facility will not wait for license
• Experience providing residency supervision desired
