Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Looking for help in Frederick with two kiddos ages two and 4 months! Parents will often be home (not working) during the outlined time blocks so this will be a supportive role most times. Toddler goes to daycare until noon, parents will handle pickup and drop off. We would LOVE Friday morning help since both parents leave to work Friday morning and things are hectic getting out of the house, but if we can find a candidate to help Monday-Wednesday who is not available Friday, we'd also be happy to chat. We are looking to pay our nanny legally (W2). We're hoping to find the right nanny in Frederick county so long commutes won't be a hassle :)
