Before School or After School Work

I'm looking for a great mother's helper for my baby who will be 8 months old in March 2027. We need care Monday-Friday for roughly 47 hours a week. My 5 and 7-year-old will be in school for majority of the day but I will need the caregiver to pick them up around 3:30 p.m. (schools are within 2 mile radius) and be able to drive to activities periodically during the week. Some light housekeeping would be immensely helpful and the ability to drive to activities periodically. We have a dog so caregiver needs to be comfortable with pets.
