Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist supports the administration and coordination of contracts and orders throughout their lifecycle, helping ensure agreements are organized, accurately documented, and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract preparation, review, execution, and renewal activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and tracking systems.
• Monitor key dates, deadlines, delivery and production schedules.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties regarding order status and requirements.
• Support contract reviews by organizing documentation and sending agreements for appropriate approvals.
• Prepare reports and updates on contract activity, obligations, and upcoming milestones.
• Help identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential administrative issues in contract documentation.
• Organize and prepare billing and shipping documentation for billing department.
