Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Some LTC experience required
• Candidate must no longer require supervision

Assignment Details

• Preferred workdays include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Schedule may flex within the Sunday through Saturday work week
• Patient population/caseload: 56/32
• EMR: NetHealth/PCC

Location Highlights
