Make a difference in the lives of students across multiple K-12 schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract opportunity based near Loveland, CO. In this district-wide, full-time position, you'll play an instrumental role in supporting school staff, driving effective behavior programs, and fostering positive learning environments. You’ll serve as a resource across multiple campuses, offering your expertise where it’s needed most.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active BCBA certification and Colorado BCBA license, along with current CDE credentials
  • Demonstrated experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong background supporting school-based behavioral and autism programs
  • Confidence conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and drafting Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse school teams
  • Comfort working onsite and traveling between multiple school buildings as needed

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing behavioral supports and interventions district-wide, without maintaining a direct caseload
  • Providing expert guidance for staff implementing behavior programs for students across all grade levels
  • Supervising two RBTs and mentoring other staff as appropriate
  • Completing FBAs and BIPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Ensuring the highest standards of practice within both behavior and autism support programs

As you step into this vital onsite-only role, you’ll enjoy a consistent schedule and the chance to impact classrooms and teams district-wide. This assignment runs through late May 2027, offering opportunities for long-term impact and professional growth.

If you’re ready to bring your passion for behavioral support to a dynamic school setting, apply today to take the next step in your BCBA career!

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $58.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
