Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Kansas Special Education (SPED) License
- Experience with early childhood or elementary-aged students
- Demonstrated ability to manage intensive skills and autistic classroom caseloads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEPs
- Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment
- Coordinate with educational staff, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals
- Implement evidence-based strategies tailored to students’ learning and behavioral needs
