Key Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Special Education License is required
• Experience with early childhood and elementary special education populations, particularly in intensive skills or autism support classrooms
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Familiarity with evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior intervention plans
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to support documentation and compliance

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and behavioral supports tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Manage caseloads of early childhood and elementary students, promoting academic and social-emotional growth
• Utilize assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instructional methods as needed
