Special Education Teacher - Anaheim, California

Step into a pivotal role supporting students in an elementary setting as a Special Education Teacher, specializing in behavioral and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) needs. This position runs from ASAP through June 2027, with a contract arrangement and opportunities to build lasting impact with young learners. Working weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), you’ll guide and inspire a dedicated caseload in an Enhanced Support Needs (ESN) classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active California teaching credentials (CTC), with documentation required upon application
• Experience in behavioral intervention and supporting students with ASD within an elementary school environment
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP implementation and progress monitoring
• Strong ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists for holistic student support

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and adapting lesson plans to meet students’ individual education programs (IEPs)
• Fostering a positive, structured classroom environment tailored to diverse needs
